Competition Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to paid MediaZilla members on the Growth plan and above. Starter, Trial, or Free members must upgrade to the Growth, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan to participate.

2. Competition Period: October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

3. Sales Tracking: Only sales made through the DVS / Paywall features during the competition period will be counted towards your total. Please note that refunded sales will not qualify for the competition.

4. Qualification: Earn a minimum of $10K USD in total DVS / Paywall sales during the competition period.

5. Winner Selection: The top three participants with the highest DVS / Paywall sales by the end of the competition period, who have also met the $10K qualification, will be declared the winners.

6. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three participants as outlined above. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

7. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced via email and on our platform within 15 days of the competition’s conclusion.

8. Compliance: Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations related to their sales. Any form of manipulation or fraud will result in disqualification.

9. References: Prize recipients agree to participate as a reference for marketing purposes, including your company name and logo. You also agree to participate in a formal case study.
